The Cottages of Rosetti Park absolutely prohibits rentals being used for gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the rented unit (NO PARTIES) without expressed permission of the property manager. Permission must be sought in advance for outside guests to be allowed onsite. Non-compliance could result in an immediate reservation cancellation and eviction with no refund, as well as any additional fees incurred to return the property to its original condition. All laws and ordinances of the city of Ocean Springs apply to guests while onsite.
